Half of Me

Summary
Many people suffer from panic attacks. They can be a very frightening, confusing thing. The feelings that surge out can be difficult if not impossible to control. Anyone who has ever experienced one knows that for a fact. The poems in this book were all written during panic attacks. As you read, a voice seems to reach out through the confusion and chaos speaking a truth that so few people actually realize.
