Summary
The book promotes a hands-on approach to simulation. An accompanying CD contains a version of ProModel, a ProModel tutorial and ProModel lab solutions. ProModel, a widely used simulation language, is covered extensively in the text. A set of cases in manufacturing, warehousing, and service industries is also provided and can be assigned as simulation projects.
