The Romance of a Christmas Card

Summary
Although Kate Douglas Wiggin is famous for her novels Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm (1903) and Mother Carey's Chickens (1911), she can deal well with more serious subjects.
This Christmas story deals with some depression, death, and dysfunctional families but in the end a string of strange coincidences ultimately leads to redemption.
A great read with many lesson to be learned
by a wonderful writer!
