Lawrence (“Baro”) Alexander is Co-Founder and Program Director of ChallengePoint, Inc., a non-profit, adventure-based organization. Mr. Alexander works with groups of youths and adults on developing and enhancing leadership and teamwork skills. He is also an accomplished backpack guide who leads multi-day backpacking trips throughout the Eastern United States. In addition, Mr. Alexander is an inspirational speaker, invited to speak to a variety of different groups and associations. Mr. Alexander is a native of Jasper, Alabama and a graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. A man of the wilderness, Mr. Alexander presently resides throughout the Southeast.
