Duty Nurse

Summary
Kay Spencer, brought up in an orphanage, found her emotions confused when she was confronted by love and all the responsibilities it entailed. She tried to lose herself in duty, which was simple enough for a nursing Sister in a busy hospital, but her attempts to straighten out her life were not successful and she discovered that trying to hide from reality was foolish and futile. She had to face up to life and realised her last chance was upon her. But could she do the right thing?
